Who can migrate the dashboard and data source using Online approach?

This article explains who has the authority to migrate the dashboard and data source using online approach to other tenant sites. Normally, the admin user of the tenant site and the owner of the dashboard have the authority to migrate the dashboard and data source via online approach.

Users can be categorized into two types in each tenant site,

• Admin and
• Non-Admin

Admin User

Admin users have full control over the tenant site. They can create, edit, and publish dashboards to another tenant site.

Non-Admin User

Non-admin users can be categorized into:

• Owner is the one who created the dashboard and data source,
  
  
• Non-owner of the dashboard and data source. This user cannot be able to migrate the resources from one site to another.
