Make User an Admin on Tenant Site | Bold BI

To provide admin permission to the user, the respective user should be logged in with Admin or who has permission to manage the users and groups refer to article Manage Users and Groups of Tenant Site, for more details.

Go to group management page under Administration Settings where the group list will be available.

From the list of groups, find the System Administration which is the admin group of the tenant site and click on the group name,

Select the user who needs admin permission under Add user then click on the “Add” button. Here we can choose multiple groups also.
