Troubleshoot Email Settings in Bold BI

This article will explain the points to be considered for the email settings to receive the email from the Bold BI Embedded Analytics Server.
This is not applicable for the Bold BI Cloud Analytics Server
- Go to Bold BI tenant site {domain_name}/bi/site/{site_identifier}
- Navigate to the ‘Email’ settings page under Settings
- Fill the valid SMTP Email settings. For more details refer this link
- Click on ‘Test Connection’ to try the sample email
- Once you confirm the email settings, save it using ‘Save’ button
