How do I sort the measure field based on hidden column in a Grid widget?

Bold BI widgets allow you to configure with both dimension and measure fields. In some cases, you may want to sort the measure field in a grid widget, where no dimension field configured. Although Bold BI does not support this directly, you can achieve the desired sort behavior by using the Hidden Column section. Follow the below steps to sort the measure field in grid:

1. Configure the dimension field: Add the dimension field to the Hidden Column section in the grid widget.

2. Apply sorting: Choose the field you want to sort by and apply the sorting based on your preference (ascending or descending).

The Grid widget will display the data based on the sort applied to the column.

Following these steps, you can sort the measure field in a Bold BI Grid widget even if its configured only with measure fields.
