How do I inherit branding settings from user management server while creating a new tenant/site under it?

Published:
Branding settings refers to the settings available in the Settings -> Site page of User Management Server (UMS). Here, the organization name, header logo, favorite icon, email logo, time zone, and date time format can be customized (rebranding).

These branding settings will not be carried to the tenants/sites being created under that user management server, by default. In that case, the new tenants will get the default values applied for these settings. Hence, for each such tenant created, you have to manually configure these settings at site level with your brand that you already have in the user management server.

To avoid this overhead, you can inherit the branding settings from user management server during tenant/site creation process itself through the following step:
1. When creating a new BI site, select the Bold ID option in the Use Branding section like below.

Now, the logos and the settings that are configured in the Settings -> Site page of UMS will be inherited to the newly creating tenant/site.

You can also customize the branding logos of existing tenant sites as discussed here.
