How to display the Lakhs and Crores option using currency culture in measure formatting

Lakhs and crores are commonly used in Indian English to represent large numbers. You can use custom number formats to display numbers in lakhs or crores. Based on the currency culture you select, lakhs and crores will be display.

Note:
The lakhs and crores options will be shown if any of the currency drop-down selections are Assamese(India), Bangla(Bangladesh), Bangla(India), Gujarati(India), Hindi(India), Kannada(India), Konkani(India), Malayalam(India), Marathi(India), Nepali(Nepal), Odia(India), Punjabi(India), Punjabi(Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Sanskrit(India), Sindhi(Islamic Republic of Pakistan), Tamil(India) or Urdu(Islamic Republic of Pakistan)

Steps to Display the Lakhs and Crores option
  1. Currency and Representation can be configured by opening the Measure Formatting dialog from the Format option in the Settings drop-down menu

  2. As previously stated, you must choose one of the Indian English selections from the Currency drop-down menu.

  3. The Lakhs and Crores option is now available in the Representation drop-down menu, as shown in the below image

  4. Now, the Grid will be rendered with Lakhs option

  5. The grid below will be displayed with the Crores choice.
