How to Hide the Login Option in Bold BI Tenant site Emails

In Bold BI Embedded Analytics Server, you can hide the login option in all emails sent from the tenant sites. Follow the below steps to hide the login option in emails.

This support is available from Bold BI Embedded Analytics Server from version 6.3 and not for Bold BI Cloud Analytics Server.

Steps to Hide Login Option in Emails

Login with the UMS admin user and navigate to below page.

```
Select bi/config.xml option in the drop down as shown below.

Set the HideLoginOptionInEmail to true and then click Save.

Restart the application. Refer to this link to learn how to restart the Bold BI application.
Perform an action that triggers an email, such as creating a schedule for a dashboard with email.
Check the received Email from Bold BI. The login option link will be hidden.
