Troubleshooting when Data is not Visible after a Few Scrolls in the Chart Control while the Row Field is Configured

Description:
A problem with the virtual scrolling feature in a chart when row configuration was used.
Workaround Solution:
- Virtual scrolling was enabled by default in the chart even when row configuration was used, as we have not yet handled virtual scrolling with row configuration in the chart.
- We do not recommend virtual scroll operations when using row field configurations because they can cause inaccurate data comparisons on the chart. Instead, we recommend using the scroll operation with the column field configuration for accurate data comparison on the chart.
- However, you can resolve the issue by enabling the "Enable Smooth Scroll" property under basic settings in the chart properties.
