Can AI API Keys Be Configured Per Tenant in a Multi-Tenant Bold BI Environment

Yes. Bold BI supports Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for multi-tenant deployments, allowing each site (tenant) to be configured with its own OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic (Claude) API key.

Note: AI configuration is supported at the site/tenant level only. Separate AI API keys cannot be configured for individual users within a tenant.

This enables organizations to maintain tenant-level isolation, billing control, and usage management.

Option 1: Use Bold BI AI Service (Bold AI)

When using the built-in Bold BI AI Service, AI features are managed directly by Bold BI.
