Notes and Clarifications
- On-premises deployment: Customers with legacy global licenses may deploy Bold BI on an unlimited number of servers and for unlimited users within their organization.
- Embedding rights: Embedding Bold BI into internal or customer-facing applications is permitted under legacy rights.
- Redistribution restrictions: Legacy rights do not include the ability to redistribute the Bold BI server to third parties, including the customer’s own customers.
- Cloud deployment: Customers may deploy Bold BI on public cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), but this does not include access to the Bold BI Cloud service hosted by Syncfusion.
- White labeling: Legacy rights do not include white labeling (removal or replacement of Syncfusion branding).
- Subscription continuity: These rights remain valid as long as the original subscription is renewed without lapse. Any break in the subscription may result in loss of legacy entitlements.
Syncfusion Plus Consideration
Syncfusion Plus customers may have been granted redistribution rights, but this needs to be verified. Please contact Syncfusion support or your account representative to confirm the specific terms applicable to your Syncfusion Plus agreement.
