Hide "Sign In" Link in Schedule Emails

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to configure email templates in BoldBI, specifically focusing on removing the “Sign In” link from the email notifications.
Steps to Configure Email Templates

Prior to updating the email template, please review the link for instructions on configuring email templates.

Navigate to Email Settings:
- Access the Email Settings. Go to the Templates tab.
- Access the Email Settings. Go to the Templates tab.

Select a Template:
- Choose any listed template from the available templates.
- Click on the context menu (represented by three dots) next to the selected template and choose View.

Create or Copy a Template:
- Click on Create Template to start a new template or select Copy Default Template to modify an existing one.
- Click on Create Template to start a new template or select Copy Default Template to modify an existing one.

Edit the Template:
- After the template is created, click on Edit from the template’s context menu.
- After the template is created, click on Edit from the template’s context menu.

Hide the Sign In Link:
- In the Edit Template page, enable the Hide Login Option toggle. This action will remove the “Sign In” link from the email notifications.
- In the Edit Template page, enable the Hide Login Option toggle. This action will remove the “Sign In” link from the email notifications.

Once the updated template is set as the default, the specific template email will be sent without the sign-in link.
