How to Add or Edit Card Details in a Bold BI Subscription
Bold BI allows Subscription Owner and Billing Administrators to add and update the cards in Payment. This guide explains how to add and update cards in Bold BI Subscription.
Add a Card to Your Subscription
To integrate a payment card into your Bold BI trial subscription, please follow the detailed instructions outlined below:

Go to the Software Trial History section, accessible via the Bold BI accounts page.

Locate your trial subscription and click the Manage button. This action will redirect you to the Billing & Subscription details page.

On the Billing & Subscription page, select the Payment Methods section. This action will redirect you to the payment methods page.

Click on the + icon or the Add Card option available on the page.

Enter the card details as prompted, and then click the Next button.

On the Billing Address section, provide the necessary billing information. Click Next to proceed.

On the Shipping Address section, input the shipping address. Finally, click Save to complete the process.

Updating Your Card in the Subscription
To update or modify the card details associated with your Bold BI subscription, please follow the steps below :

Go to the My Subscription section on the Bold BI accounts page.

Click the Manage button corresponding to your subscription. This will redirect you to the Billing & Subscription page.

On the Billing & Subscription page, select the Payment Methods section. This action will redirect you to the payment methods page.

Then click Edit option to input the new card details.

Provide the updated card details and click the Update button to finalize the changes.
