How to get user audit logs in Bold BI tenant to monitor user actions and changes within the system?

Published:

The Audit Logs page allows administrators to monitor and review user actions and system settings changes within a specific tenant. These logs ensure accountability and transparency by recording who performed each action and when. Each log entry includes key details such as the User, Date and Time, Event Category, Event Type, Summary, and any relevant associated Details.

The Audit Logs are only visible to admin users. The settings and actions displayed in the logs are tenant-specific, meaning each tenant will only see activities relevant to their environment.

Users can manage the “Audit Logs” in tenant settings page on the following path: “{site_domain}/bi/site/{site_identifier}/administration/user-activity-logs”
