How can we Add/Remove columns in View Underlying data of a widget?

From the Bold BI version 7.11.24, users have the ability to customize the view underlying data for widgets. This feature allows for greater flexibility in managing the data column displayed in the underlying data dialogue box.

Steps to Configure View Underlying Data

  1. Access the Properties Panel: Select the widget for which you want to configure the underlying data view.

  2. Locate the View Underlying Data Option: In the properties panel, find the “View Underlying Data” field.

  3. Enable Custom Configuration: Check the “custom” checkbox. This action will bring up a View Underlying Data Configuration dialog box.

  4. Add or Remove Columns: Through the View Underlying Data Configuration, one can add or remove the desired columns that are to be displayed in the view underlying data dialogue box.

By following these steps, users can tailor the underlying data view to better suit their needs, ensuring that only the relevant information is displayed.
