Where to find the Unpublished Dashboard in Bold BI

When working with Bold BI, users may encounter situations where dashboards remain unpublished, partially completed, or still in progress. Bold BI monitors the modifications and saves them as drafts. This guide outlines the steps to locate and review unpublished dashboards within the Bold BI platform.

Steps to Check Unpublished Dashboards

1. Log in to Bold BI: Start by logging into your Bold BI account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Dashboard Section: Once logged in, go to the dashboard section of the application. This is typically found in the main navigation menu.

3. Access the Unpublished Dashboards: Look for a filter or a section labeled Drafts. This will display all dashboards that have not yet been published.
   

   

4. Review Dashboard Details: Click on any unpublished dashboard to view its details.

5. Make Edits if Necessary: If you need to make changes, you can edit the dashboard directly. Ensure that all visualizations and data are accurate and meet your requirements.
