Dynamically Hide or Show Tabs in Bold BI Multi-Tab Widgets Based on Filter Selection

In scenarios where a multi-tab widget is used, it may be necessary to dynamically hide or show specific tabs based on user selections from a filter, such as a combo box. This article outlines the steps to achieve this functionality.
Steps to Configure Tab Visibility
- Enable Inter Widget Linking:
- Navigate to the settings of the Combo Box widget.
- Enable the “Inter Widget Linking” option. This allows the Combo Box to communicate with other widgets, such as the Tab Widget.
- Configure the Tab Widget:
- Access the settings of the Tab Widget.
- Set it up to respond to changes in the Combo Box selection. This configuration will allow the Tab Widget to show or hide tabs based on the selected value from the Combo Box.
- Hide Tab Headers:
- In the Tab Widget settings, locate the option to enable “Hide Tab Header.”
- In the Tab Widget settings, locate the option to enable “Hide Tab Header.”
