How to reauthorize OAuth connections used for Data sources?

When working with OAuth data sources, there may be instances where access is revoked by the source providers or the access token expires. In such cases, it is necessary to reauthorize the connection to ensure continued access to the data source. Follow the steps below to reauthorize your OAuth connections:

Steps to Reauthorize OAuth Connections

  1. Navigate to the Data Source Listing Window
    • Open the application and go to the data source listing window where all your data sources are displayed.

  1. Access My Connections
    • Click on the “My Connections” button to view your existing OAuth connections.

  1. Select the Connection to Reauthorize
    • Locate the OAuth connection that needs reauthorization. Click on the kebab icon (three vertical dots) next to the respective connection.

  1. Reauthorize the Connection
    • From the dropdown menu, select the “Reauthorize” option.

  • Follow the prompts to authorize the connection again. This may involve logging into the source provider and granting the necessary permissions. You will receive a success notification at the top-right of the page for confirmation.
