How to overwrite the existing dashboard

You can overwrite the dashboard that has already been created using the Publish As option in the Bold BI application.

Follow these steps to overwrite the existing dashboard:

1. Open an existing dashboard in design mode that contains your most recent changes.
2. Afterwards, click on the downward arrow icon in the Publish button at the top right corner and choose the Publish As option.
   
3. In the Publish As Dashboard pop-up window, select the category that contains the dashboard shared with the user and enter the name of the dashboard that you want to replace.
   
4. And then, click the Publish button. This will prompt the confirmation dialog to replace the dashboard, as shown in the following screenshot.
   
5. Click Yes to replace the latest changes to the dashboard that was shared with the user.
