When creating dashboards in Bold BI, you may want to display aggregated values that update dynamically based on user interactions or filters. This can be achieved using the Label Parameter support within the application. Here’s how you can set up a Text Widget to show dynamic values:

Steps to Display Dynamic Values

1. Add and Configure a Filter Widget:
   Begin by adding the necessary filter widget to your dashboard. This will allow users to select specific criteria that will dynamically update the values.

2. Insert a Text Widget:
   Drag and drop a Text Widget onto your design canvas. Within this widget, you can enter the content that you want to display. Make sure to include the numeric column that you wish to aggregate, along with the appropriate aggregation function (e.g., SUM, AVG, COUNT).
   

   

3. Preview and Apply Filters:
   Switch to Preview mode to test the functionality of your dashboard. Apply the filters you have configured and observe how the aggregated value of the added numeric column in the Text Widget updates accordingly.
