How to modify default sorting of the resources in Bold BI

This document will guide you to modify default sorting of the dashboards, data sources, schedules, and slideshows in their listing page like ascending or descending based on their name or modified date from Bold BI v7.8.

Step to sort the resource in Bold BI

1. Navigate to the site administration settings page by accessing: domain/bi/site/{site_identifier}/administration/site
2. On this page, you can find the settings for resource sorting as highlighted below. By default, the sorting option is set as descending based on "Modified Date" of the resources.
   
   
3. Once preferred sorting provided, save the setting by clicking on Save button.

Notes

1. This is tenant specific setting, and applying this will affect the dashboard, data source, schedule, slideshow listing pages and the dashboard views.
2. This setting is considered in REST API response.
