How to Reset Your Account Password in Bold BI

This article will guide you to reset your account password of the Bold BI application. If you are using Bold BI Embedded Analytics Server, then make sure that SMTP Email Settings of UMS site is configured to reset the password using the reset password link which is shared via email. If it is not configured, contact your administrator to,
- set the email settings and then follow below steps, or
- change your account password by referring the article How to Change Another User Password in Bold BI then change your preferred password by referring the article How to Change Our account Password in Bold BI
- If you forgot your password, go to the Bold BI login page then click Cannot access your account? link,
- Enter your Bold BI account email and click Send recovery link,
- Reset password link will be sent to your email, use that link to reset the password, note that the link will expire in 2 hours once generated,
- The link will show the password reset page, enter your new password and confirm password then click Reset my password button
If above mentioned email setting is not configured for Bold BI Embedded Analytics Server, below page will be shown once you click Cannot access your account? link in login page,
