Data Refresh in Live Mode with Bold BI

In Bold BI, when a data source is connected in Live mode, the dashboard will always display the live data directly fetched from the source. This means that whenever the dashboard is opened or refreshed, the data will be updated accordingly.

Refreshing the Dashboard

Bold BI provides the functionality to configure the scheduled refresh of the dashboard using the refresh settings option. This allows either the whole dashboard or specific widgets in a dashboard to be refreshed automatically based on a timer.

It’s important to note that the data source refresh settings are only provided for the extract mode data source. This feature is not applicable for the live mode data sources.
