Troubleshooting Bold BI Installation Issues Related to Chromium Package

Bold BI utilizes a Chromium-based engine to enable Image and PDF export functionalities. However, this can sometimes cause installation issues due to the slow network. If you’re experiencing such problems, here are the steps you can take to resolve them:
- Cancel the current installation of Bold BI.
- Reinstall Bold BI. During the installation process, ensure that you uncheck the “Download Chromium Packages” option on the “Deploy Chromium Page”. This will allow you to proceed to the next step of the installation.
It’s important to note that if you encounter any internet connection problems or if you do not have an internet connection, you should deselect the Chromium Packages download option and continue with the installation.
