How to setup the UMS branding when creating a new tenant site

When creating a new tenant on the Bold BI Embedded Analytics Server, you have the option to use the UMS branding logos. This will simplify the branding process: instead of setting custom branding for each tenant site, update custom branding in UMS settings and apply it to tenant sites during site creation. Follow the below steps to use the branding of UMS during tenant creation.
How to Use the UMS Branding Logo
- Update the custom branding in UMS Site settings.
- Then go to the UMS site listing page and create a new tenant by clicking on the Create Site button
- Select Bold ID from the Use Branding dropdown under Site Creation.
- Then proceed and complete the tenant site creation process.
Note
- Please be aware that this process will only copy the settings during the creation of the tenant site. Any changes made in the UMS branding settings after the tenant site creation will not be reflected on the tenant sites.
- This means that if you want to change the logo after the tenant has been created, you will need to do so manually in both the UMS settings and each individual tenant site setting.
