How to Configure Conditional Formatting in Bing Map Markers

Published:

Bing Maps provides a feature to customize the marker size based on conditional values. This feature allows users to classify markers into different size levels, making it easier to compare and analyze data visually. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to configure conditional formatting in Bing map markers.

Steps to Configure Conditional Formatting

  1. Enable the Advanced Setting and click the Customize button.

  3. Apply the conditions based on the value and provide a different marker size in increasing order for each condition. For example, if you have 50000 records and want to classify the marker size into 5, then apply the 5 conditions with the interval of 10000 and set the required marker size.

The resultant Bing Map will be classified with 5 marker sizes.

Note: The Bing map’s Marker Size section does not need to be configured while applying conditional formatting to the markers.
