How do I Reusing Components in Dashboard Reports

In many scenarios, you may want to reuse certain components, such as a table structure, across different reports in your dashboard. This can be achieved by reusing widgets and data sources from one dashboard to another.

Steps to Reuse Widgets and Data Sources

1. Open the dashboard in design mode.

2. On the left side, you will find options labeled “Default” and “Existing.” Select “Existing” in the panel.
   

   

3. The published dashboards will be listed in this section. Once you select a dashboard, the available widgets in that dashboard will be listed.
   

   
   
   
   

4. Drag and drop the desired widget into the section. The widget and its data sources will be added to the dashboard.
   

   

By following these steps, you can effectively reuse components and structure your data in a way that best suits your reporting needs.
