How to enable the "Publish" option in the dashboard when the user doesn't have?

Migrating the dashboards using the publish option in Bold BI is a way to share data visualizations with your team or clients. Bold BI offers two primary publishing options for the dashboards to other tenant sites: internal and external. To learn more about publishing options, refer to this link.
Publishing is typically allowed for tenant site administrators and the dashboard creator.
To enable the publish option for other users, they must become an administrator for the tenant site. For instructions on making a user an admin for the tenant site, please refer to the KB article below:
