If you encounter an HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error after installing the Bold BI, it may be due to a corrupted Microsoft .NET Core installation. Follow the steps below to repair the Microsoft .NET Core installation and resolve the error.

Steps to Repair Microsoft .NET Core Installation

1. Go to Control Panel and select the Uninstall a program option.
2. In the next screen, search for Microsoft .NET 6.0.x – Windows Server Hosting.
3. Right-click the program and choose the Change option from the menu.
4. Select the Repair option in the dialogue box and wait for the process to finish.

After the repair is completed, try accessing the Bold BI site.
