How to Fix Disabled Image and PDF Options in the Schedule Window

If the Image and PDF export options are disabled in the Bold BI schedule window, it is likely due to Puppeteer not being installed in your deployment. This can happen if the “Download Chromium Packages” option was not selected during the Bold BI installation or upgrade process.

To enable the export options, follow these steps:

  1. Install Puppeteer by referring to the Bold BI documentation on installing Chromium packages manually.

  2. Once Puppeteer is installed, the export to PDF and Image options will be enabled on both the dashboard and scheduler pages.
