How to Find the Server Parameter and API Key in Mailchimp for Bold BI Integration

This article will guide you on how to find the server parameter <usid> and API key in Mailchimp for connecting your account to Bold BI.

Finding the Server Parameter <usid>

To find the value for the server parameter <usid>, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Mailchimp account.
2. Navigate to the Account tab.
   
   
3. In the URL, you can find the value needed to be used in the place of <usid> placeholder.
   

Example: https://us19.admin.mailchimp.com/
In the above URL, us19 is the server parameter that needs to be used in place of <usid> placeholder.

Finding the API Key

To find the API key in Mailchimp, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Mailchimp account.
2. Navigate to the Account tab.
3. Click the Extra tab and click the API key.
   
   
4. Now scroll down and click “create a key.”
   
   
5. An API key will be generated. Use this API key to connect your account to BoldBI.

Username

The username in Bold BI can be the email ID used in Mailchimp or the username given in Mailchimp.
