How to Configure Custom Date Format in Bold BI

In BoldBI, you can configure custom date formats at both the widget level and the designer level. This article will guide you through the process of changing the date format from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY.

Changing Date Format at the Widget Level

  1. To change the date format for a specific widget, first, select the widget in the dashboard.
  2. In the assigned data panel, locate the widget column section.
  3. Choose the desired date format (DD/MM/YYYY) from the available options.

Changing Date Format at the Designer Level

  1. To change the date format for the entire dashboard, navigate to the settings option in the designer.

  2. Locate the data language option and select the appropriate language that corresponds to the desired date format.
    • For example, if you want to use the MM/DD/YYYY format, choose “US” as the data language.
