How do I reset the account password for Bold BI and Syncfusion?

If you have forgotten your password for your Bold BI or Syncfusion account, we recommend you to follow the steps below based on your account type to reset the account credentials.
Resetting your Bold BI Account Password
- Go to https://login.boldid.net/accounts/recover and enter your email address to receive the forgot password link.
- Go to your inbox and open the reset password mail from Bold BI. From the mail, click the Reset Password button.
- On the Reset Password page, enter the new password and save.
Resetting your Syncfusion Account Password
- Go to https://www.syncfusion.com/account/forgotpassword and enter your email address to receive the forgot password link.
- Go to your inbox and open the reset password mail from Syncfusion. From the mail, click the highlighted reset password link.
- On the reset password page, enter your new password and save.
After changing the password, you can log in using your new credentials.
