How to resolve Bold BI site URL issue

If the site URL is not updated properly, you may face issue in accessing the tenant site. This can be identified by comparing the UMS URL and the site URL present, like in the below error,
- Go to UMS Settings and click on Site
- If the URL and http protocol are correct, then change the protocol to http or https and save the settings.
- Now change the protocol again to the required one, either http or https, and make sure the “Update the URL of the sites” checkbox is checked.
- Try launching the Bold BI site {domain_name}/bi/site/{site_identifier} and check whether it’s accessible. If you are still facing issues, Restart the Bold BI application and check again.
