Enable resource share option for non-admin users in the Bold BI

When creating Bold BI resources (category, dashboard, data source, and slideshow) by non-admin users then have all the permissions to create, read, write, and delete them. However, they will not have the ability to share them with other users. To enable share permissions for these users, you can follow the steps below.

Steps to Enable Share Permissions

1. Add Manage permission from either All Permissions under All Settings or Specific Permissions for the Category, Dashboard, Data source, or Slideshow under Specific Settings.
   

   
   
   
   

2. The Share option will now be enabled for the selected scope or all
   

   

Note: The All Permissions entity will enable Share Permissions for all Scopes like Category, Dashboard, Data Source and Slideshow. The Specific Permissions entity will only enable Share Permissions for the particular Scope.
