Assigning Dashboard Access Permissions to Groups and Users in Bold BI

In Bold BI, you can assign specific permissions to groups and users for accessing particular dashboards. This can be done either through the User Interface (UI) or using API support.

Assigning Permissions through UI

To assign specific permissions to a group or user for a particular dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the server home page.

2. Locate the dashboard you want to assign permissions to and click on the Share icon 

4. In the pop-up window, enter the group name or user name to provide the required permissions for the dashboard and select the desired permission level (Read, Read & Write, or Read, Write & Delete).
