How do I connect to LinkedIn data from self-hosted Bold BI?

To connect to your LinkedIn data from Bold BI hosted in server at your control, you need to create a LinkedIn OAuth App at first. With the client id and client secret generated from it, you can establish connection to LinkedIn data from Bold BI and create data source.
Steps to create a LinkedIn OAuth App and connect to LinkedIn from Bold BI using the Client ID and Client Secret
- Go to LinkedIn Developer Console.
- Click Create app at the corner of the page.
- On the Create New App menu, enter the required information, including the App Name, Company Name, Company Privacy Policy URL, Business email and Upload App logo.
- Check the Legal terms and click Create App.
- The Client ID and Client Secret will be shown once the app is created.
- To get the Client ID and Client Secret, click Go to my App, then Click on Auth, second Tab at the top.
- Then, in LinkedIn > Auth > OAuth 2.0 Settings, click Pencil Icon to edit, then click Add Redirect URL.
- The Bold BI redirect URL should be added in the proper format required.

- Click Update.
- Go to the Products, third Tab at the top. Enable the Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect product.

12. Once the above steps are done, go to Data sources page in Bold BI and choose LinkedIn connector to establish a connection.
